We are an industry based, a non-profit, volunteer run organization that represents the private sector interested in trade with Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Board of Directors of CCA-Alberta is comprised of members representative of various segments of private industry as well as other stakeholders such as government and academia. Board members volunteer their time to deliver the mission of the organization. Our Board of Directors is elected at the Annual General Meetings of CCA-Alberta. The most recent of Annual General Meeting was held September 26, 2006, at which 12 board members were elected. From the elected Board, an Executive Committee is formed.
