NOTICE OF 2007 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, CALL FOR NOMINATIONS, AND CHRISTMAS PARTY

To: ALL MEMBERS OF OUR SOCIETY AND THOSE INTERESTED IN BECOMING MEMBERS

Please take notice that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of our Society and Christmas Party will be held together on December 6, 2007 at 5:30 PM at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel, 133 9^th Avenue SW.     

For the purpose of:

     1)         Receiving and considering the report of the President and the Financial Statements for the year ending June 30^th 2007;

     2)         Ratifying the actions of the Directors for the preceding year;

     3)         Electing Directors;

     4)         Ratification of Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Steward LLP as the accountants for preparation of financial statements; and

    5)         Discussing and approving any further business as may properly be presented before or during the meeting.

Note: The Financial Statements mentioned on item 1) will be available upon request prior to the Annual General Meeting.

After the Annual General Meeting, please stay and celebrate the holiday season with us at our annual CHRISTMAS PARTY.

1. Individual Membership: The registered individual has the right to the benefits of membership to CCA-Alberta.
   Cost: $125 per year (+ GST)
2. Corporate Membership: The membership benefits are extended to any three employees of the member company.
   Cost: $250 per year (+ GST)
3. Student Membership: Full-time students of a university or technical college receive partial membership benefits at a discounted rate.
