Returns & Refunds

Refunds for services and goods provided and sold by CCA Alberta through this website are limited to, in the case of Events, seven days prior to the Event, and in the case of Memberships, to thirty days from purchase. CCA Alberta may, at its sole discretion, allow refunds in other circumstances. The refund request must be sent to us by email as quickly as possible, citing the reasons for the refund, through the contact form.

Shipping

No items are shipped. All memberships are online-only. Admission to events is on a will-call basis.
